AGREEMENTS

Are all members of the home in agreement to adopt?

I understand that Ozzy's Oasis Animal Rescue reserves the right to refuse any adoption, of any animal, to any person. An application does not mean you are automatically approved to adopt an OOAR animal.

I understand that the adoption fee is: $300 [Adult Dogs], $400 [Puppies], $100 [Cats], $150 [Kittens], and covers all age appropriate shots, rabies, microchip, prevention, & spay/neuter.

Should you be selected for the animal you are applying for, you agree that the adoption fee is non refundable
