The Adoption Process

Submit Application
Complete our application thoroughly to help us understand your home and lifestyle. Providing detailed information ensures we find the best match for you and the dog while speeding up our review process.

Application Review
We review applications within 72 hours. Our team will contact your personal and veterinary references to verify history. You will receive an email confirmation once we determine your status. Please check your junk folder if you haven't heard from us.

Home Safety Review
Please provide 5–10 photos of your home, including interior and exterior areas where your dog will spend time. This helps us ensure a safe environment while keeping the process convenient for you.

Meet the Family
After approval, we'll schedule a time for you to meet your potential new companion. These meetings are reserved for approved adopters to ensure a great personality match before moving forward.

Home Trial Period
We offer a 7-day trial to allow you and your new dog to settle in. We provide all necessary supplies and remain available for support. You can finalize the adoption anytime during this period to ensure you feel confident in your choice.

Final Adoption
To finish the process, we collect the adoption fee, sign the contract, and transfer all microchip and medical records. Congratulations—you are now officially part of our family!

Veterinary Visit
Within two weeks, establish care with a licensed vet for a wellness check and start monthly preventatives. Please email us your appointment records to ensure your new dog remains healthy and well-supported.

Below are the standard veterinary services every dog receives. Additional care may include bloodwork, dental procedures, heartworm treatment, surgery, specialty care, medications, and rehabilitation.
